Chameleon "failed to start the update" and "Remo software"?

Hello! So a strange something has been trying to  "update" for awhile now, (rsgmpsp.exe and rsgprsdk.exe from "Remo Software") and I always say no to the request. It occurred to me this could be a problem, and looking into it I attempted to check it out with the free Malwarebytes, which I haven't used in some time. The program failed to open, and assuming I simply needed to reinstall when the update failed a few times, I went ahead and bought the premium and went to freshly install it. The program still wouldn't open.

Now sure that I have an issue, I went ahead and tried out chameleon, and each time have gotten as far as "failed to start the update" as seen in the dialogue I have attached.
