[ RESOLVED ] After updating to Win 10 1903 license is deactivated

After I upgraded Windows 10 to 1903 my license is deactivated, saying I use it on another machine.
I can't deactivate the license because the email I used back then to buy MWB, doesn't excists anymore.
I don't recall if I made an account back then. Think not.
What can I do to make MWB working again?
Did deinstall, used repair program from MWB but nothing helps.
Please give some advice.

Please carry out the "technical issues" instructions above and message me with the reference number or email address associated with your Malwarebytes Premium subscription.

This will help us investigate the issue further. I can also reset your license usage count which will allow you to activate Malwarebytes Premium.

You should also be able to sign up for an account using your current email address at My.Malwarebytes.com.  You'll find details on how to do so in Create your My Account profile.

Once that is done you may try adding your license to your account using the method described in Add a license key to My Account.  If that is successful you should then be able to deactivate your previous devices/license activations to free it up so that you may activate it on your current Windows installation.  Details on doing so can be found in Manage subscriptions in My Account as well as Transfer or Deactivate Malwarebytes Premium license key .

If that doesn't do the trick then LiquidTension will be able to reset your license for you and should also be able to aid you in getting your license associated with your account if you weren't able to add the license key to your account.

The following needs clarification --- [ "If you purchased a license key from a physical store, authorized seller, or retailer --- besides the Malwarebytes store, ---- set up your My Account profile so you can register your license key to your email address."]

IF he purchased via Cleverbridge as I did does THAT make a difference in Activating?                                                                                                                                                                                   WHY do they say "other than the Malwarebytes store"? -- What Net Effect does that mean?

That's OK, LiquidTension has direct access to the licensing system and will be able to reset your license key for you and should also be able to get your license associated with your account that you created with your current email address so that you'll be able to manage your license using the My Account feature at My.Malwarebytes.com in the future that way you'll be able to deactivate/reset your license on your own going forward should you ever need to again.

None, it just changes slightly the process for signing up and managing your license is all (it's much easier if you purchased directly from Malwarebytes).  It details the process in Create your My Account profile.

Thanks for the Reply and Sppt Link. Since the OP seems in good hands .....

Per M Sppt, when I had an Anti-Exploit Lic BEFORE Mbam 3 Prem Absorbed AE functions I was on an OLD data System that did NOT migrate data to the NEW System.

My Login shows two Keys, one Expired, that are 99.9% surely old AE data.

An Attempt to - Add an Acct - and Enter my - Mbam 3 Prem Life Key - and ID --  (from C'bridge) netted  -  Acct Already Registered.

So I have 2 Useless AE data sections and no ability to SEE the Mbam 3 Prem Lic Key / ID.  What can I do to correct this?
