Blocked my Subversion Edge connection

Greetings!

Yesterday, I allowed my Malwarebytes to update itself and it offered me a trial period for the real-time access.

Today, I clicked on my bookmark link for Subversion Edge (http://localhost:3343/csvn). Malwarebytes notified me that this inbound Java connection was blocked for my protection. I had no choice in the matter. This is not cool.

Now, I can no longer connect to my Subversion Edge. I receive the following, familiar message window:

This site can’t be reached

localhost refused to connect.

Apparently, Malwarebytes has blocked inbound connections to localhost.
I poked around Malwarebytes, but could not find how to remove this block.
I ended up uninstalling Malwarebytes, but I still cannot connect to Subversion Edge.
I checked in my Firewall settings and did not notice any entries that would refer to blocking localhost.
I did not notice anything unusual in my hosts file.
I also tried connecting with 127.0.0.1, but that does not work either.

Question: How can I reverse the block that Malwarebytes imposed on my localhost connection?

Thank you!
