Activate my still active Key to new computer

Greetings,

You should start by signing up at My.Malwarebytes.com using the same email address you used when you originally purchased your license if possible.  You'll find info on how to do so in this support article.  If you aren't able to use the same email for some reason then you'll find instructions on how to add an existing license to your account in this support article.

Once that is done, you should be able to deactivate the previous installation using the options in the My Account web portal to do so.  You'll find details on how to do so in this support article.

If you still aren't successful then please contact Malwarebytes Support directly by filling out the form on the bottom of this page and they will assist you by resetting the key for you.
