Hi everyone! I'm really concerned about this because spite of my efforts I no longer know what to do to remove this plague from my PC! Scans from Malwarebytes AdwCleaner detect Pup.Optional.Mail.Ru on my PC. However, after trying to remove it the report says the threats could not be removed. It seems to be in Chrome (which I never have installed). The thing is Chrome was uninstalled a serveral weeks ago...  Other antispywares not even detect it. I really appreciate any help. My OS is Windows 10 - 64 bits. Attached a report of the scan. After choosing "Clean and Repair" from the Main Panel Windows restarts and AdwCleaner says the threats were not removed. Thanks in advance!
