This IP address appears to be in the same subnet as several malicious websites (malware distribution and browser exploits) which is probably the reason why it has been blocked. I'd like to see what an expert has to say about this specific IP in general since there is no history of anything malicious ever using that specific IP address.

There's a slew of malicious goodness across the range this IP belongs to, however, I'll modify the blocks to resolve this one as I'm not seeing anything on this IP, and alot of what used to be on this /24, seems to have moved elsewhere.
