Have Eero Plus subscription, but can't activate on my iPhone

I have my Malware bytes subscription bundled with Eero Plus.  But I don't see how to activate this on my iPhone.  It will let me start a new subscription, but that's it.  I see no way to enter my activation code, for example, that was used on my iMac and still has 2 out of 3 accounts left on it.  What am I doing wrong?  Thanks.
