I see you're running Windows Small Business Server 2011 Standard Service Pack 1 (X64)

You also appear to be allowing users to browse the Web using Google Chrome. That is a recipe for disaster sooner or later. If at all possible users of the Server should not be allowed to browse the Internet (including your own Admin account). If you really have to allow it then locked down precautions should be considered.
Please make sure you have good solid backups of the server as this server is no longer supported by Microsoft and many security tools are not designed to work on it either.

You also appear to be running 2 different antivirus programs which can conflict with each other and possibly cause other issues. Please choose one and uninstall the other.

Webroot Secure Anywhere
Bitdefender

Let's try the following and see if that fixes the issue or not. Please log everyone off of the computer. Run the script and reboot the server.

Please download the attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop.
NOTE. It's important that both files, FRST or FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work.

NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on this particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system.

Run FRST or FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.
If the tool needs a restart please make sure you let the system restart normally and let the tool complete its run after restart.
The tool will make a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please attach or post it to your next reply.

Note: If the tool warned you about an outdated version please download and run the updated version.

fixlist.txt

Thanks

Ron
