Onlcmd.exe shows up on Windows 10 Startup after login

I've been having an issue where a cmd window is open after login and just stops.  I  let it go to see if computer was stuck but after 30 mins still nothing. I type explorer.exe and works fine from there. i had removed a registry key a month ago that wouldn't let cmd.exe run. I had no problems after that for about 2 weeks then this started. i had read one of the resolved posts for same issue 

I tried to download fixit file ,but couldn't so i figured it be best to make a post of my own.  The FRST and and ADDITION text files are attached as well.

Please download the attached Fixlist.txt file to  the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the FRST.txt log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

The Computer will restart when the fix is completed.

It will create a log (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.

everything is working fine and computer booted up faster.

On the pc booster i did not realize it was cracked/warez i have deleted it.

I don't understand why system restore showed disabled because i checked it before doing fix and it showed being enabled.
