Maurice Naggar Posted May 18, 2019 ID:1313343 Share Posted May 18, 2019 (edited) I regret that trouble. We do need some reports from this machine in order to proceed forward. Please study this guide, especially the section on running the FRST tool. Just by the way, if your machine is running XP or Vista you should let me know that. In any event, if there is some other glitch, it would help a tremendous lot to know just which Windows version is on this machine. . P.S. Be careful to not jump to unwarranted conclusions. Does the pc have a Printer? Is it a Brother brand ? There can be a valid Brother printer tool by name of brdiagtool.exe Located in \%Program Files%\Brother\BPR2\ that is if you ever installed a Brother printer Edited May 18, 2019 by Maurice Naggar
