Purchase Licenses as Reseller

We are a Canadian Partner and we have been transitioning our AVG/Avast clients to Malwarebytes Endpoint Security /  Endpoint Protection.  We were buying our licenses from Synnex Canada with no issues.  Today we were informed that they will no longer carry the licenses and that we need to go direct to Malwarebytes.  Are there any other Partners having the same problem?

I cannot find anywhere in the partner portals when we can purchase these licenses and trying to find a contact email is almost impossible.

I emailed my question to "Reseller@malwarebytes.com" and got a reply that they are only for orders and order management (which is what I thought my question was).

I have sent several unanswered emails to partnerbytes@malwarebytes.com.

I like the product but holy cow this is a difficult company to partner with.
