wrong malwarebytes package

I purchased the malware premium package for 2 years for $69.99 which I thought would run on windows 10. After having trouble setting it up, I ran a compatibility check which showed windows 8.  My OS is windows 10.  How do I get the right malwarebytes package for my pc without having to pay for it again?

The latest version of Malwarebytes, version 3.7.1 is compatible with Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1, and Windows 10.  There is no difference between the installers for the free version and the Premium version; the Premium features you paid for are unlocked when you enter your license key in the product to activate it.  You can always download the latest version of Malwarebytes from here if you need it.

I would also recommend registering at My.Malwarebytes.com using the same email address you used for your Malwarebytes purchase if you haven't done so already, as it allows you to manage all of your licenses and devices where you have Malwarebytes installed and activated.  This is very useful if you ever need to transfer your license from one device to another.  You'll find details on how to sign up in this support article and information on how to manage your licenses/devices in this support article.  Instructions on how to deactivate your license from a device if you ever need to can be found in this support article.
