tsanelahachi Posted May 12, 2019 ID:1312453 Share Posted May 12, 2019 I am trying to install the malwarebytes anti-malware 3 software but when it asks to select which device I would like it installed on I only have an option for the external flashdrive if it is attached. If it is not attached then I get no selection to choose from so for some reason my internal drive does not register. Even when I click on storage under About this mac it does not list the internal drive even though I can still access files from the Finder and the CleanmyMac software recognizes it as it shows how much for total capacity and remaining storage capacity, It says about 100Gb storage free but my computer is functioning extremely slow. Staff treed Posted May 13, 2019 Staff ID:1312496 Share Posted May 13, 2019 Malwarebytes for Mac can only be installed on the current system drive. If that drive is for some reason not available to the installer, and does not show up on the Storage pane in About This Mac, there's a problem with your system or your hardware. I'd recommend getting your Mac examined by an Apple tech.
