Greetings,

If you haven't done so already, you may sign up for an account at My.Malwarebytes.com; you'll find instructions on how to do so in this support article.  Be sure to use the same email address you used when you purchased your license if possible, that way it will connect your license with your account automatically.

Once you've done that, sign in at My.Malwarebytes.com and use the option to update your payment method as described in this support article and you should be able to change it there.

If you have any trouble you may contact Malwarebytes Support directly and they can assist you in making the change.  You can contact them by filling out the form on the bottom of this page.
