Hello Forum,

My old computer died.  Malwarebytes will not let me register the license on new computer without deleting from old computer, which is impossible.  Is his something for Malwarebytes troubleshooters or is there an end around I may try? Thank you for your response as I am sure this is not the first time you have received this query. Jan

Hi,

It is not real crystal clear whether this is about a lifetime license purchased thru Malwarebytes.

However, assuming so, if you can use the original email address ( from the original purchase) and login to the MyAccount page, you could take care of the issue.   But if you cannot do that login, then you will need to create a Support Help ticket.

 

You  need to login to MyAccount  and Deactivate all licenses.
Then do a new Activation with the same Premium Key.

You login to MyAccount with the same Email address as you used at the purchase.
