Some yearly subscriptions are for 3 devices and some are for a single device so it all depends on the terms of the license you purchased. You should be able to find out by signing up for an account at My.Malwarebytes.com using the same email address you used when you made your initial purchase or by signing up for an account and adding your license there if there is no email address associated with your license (if, for example you purchased a boxed retail product to get your license). You can find more info on how to do this in this support article and you'll find details on how to manage your licenses in this support article. If you still have trouble then you may contact Malwarebytes Support directly and they can look up your license and tell you exactly how many devices it may be used on.
