Can’t activate on additional devices

I purchased a premium license for 4 devices while on my computer.  I have activated on my computer, but am unable to activate on iPads or iPhone.  When I download the app, it will only give me the option to purchase and I can’t get to a screen to just activate.  Can someone help!!

Unfortunately this is true.  If you need to seek a refund for the additional licenses you purchased so that you can buy it through the app store then please contact Malwarebytes Support directly by filling out the form on the bottom of this page and they will assist you.
