No, the two programs should not conflict with one another.  There are several users here on the forums who use this combination together in real-time without issues.  You may find that performance is improved by creating exclusions between the two programs.  The list of items to exclude in Kaspersky for Malwarebytes can be found in this support article and you may exclude Kaspersky's program and data folders from Malwarebytes using the instructions described under the Exclude a File or Folder section of this support article.
