Always 27 threats

I have version 3.7.1.2839 with update 1.0.10486.

Whenever I run it it returns 27 threats. Regardless of how often and even after restarting. What's wrong and how do I fix it?

We're currently investigating new reports of issues with Chrome remediation after a recent Google Chrome update.
