InstallShield/setup.exe Virus, can't remove permanently.

Hi,

I have been having an issue with this virus for the past couple of days, I've tried different anti-virus/malware programs which will either not find anything or remove files which will reappear shortly after.

The virus suspends Malwarebytes unless I'm in safe mode, and will even prevent me from googling the issue on chrome. 

I saw a post from the 9th January where a user managed to resolve this issue and was wondering if I could receive the same report.

My FRST files are attached below, ran on 02/05/2019

Please download the attached Fixlist.txt file to  the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the FRST.txt log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

The tool will create a log (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.

When completed the computer will restart in Normal mode.

Please run the Farbar program and attach fresh logs for my review.

Also  please post the Fixlog.txt and let me know what problem persists.

I've followed your instructions and the issue at hand seems to be resolved.

Setup.exe no longer appears and I can now open Malwarebytes without it being suspended.

I have attached the Fixlog and new FRST files below, I will notify you if anything changes.
