jooikesteet removal help (potential browser hijacker)

Greetings to everyone,

I am experiencing an issue with with a potential browser hijacker software. The issue started as I received a notification from Windows that an application with the name qkjb.jooikesteet is runinng on the background as I have opened my Chrome browser. I have also receiuved another notification from Windows that jooikesteet.com has send me a message, while I avoided to click the notification. I have done a simple google search and read that it is a browser hijacker with the typical functions, site redirecting, malicious pop ups etc although I have not observed these problems while browsing with chrome. I have reset microsoft edge and cleaned all the cookies and history from  chrome and edge with cccleaner. In addition I have searched for weird extensions and applciations in my system, finding nothing suspicious. Full scans with malwarebytes premium and mcaffee antivirus plus resulted to now threats. I have how to identify the software's registry so that I can delete it manually. At the moment I have no idea how to proceed and fic the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank a lot in advance.

Download the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST).
Choose the 32 or 64 bit version for your system.
and save it to a folder on your computer's Desktop.
Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
Press Scan button.
It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please copy and paste it to your reply.
The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

How to attach a file to your reply:
In the Reply section in the bottom of the topic Click the "more reply Options" button.

Attach the file.
Select the "Choose a File" navigate to the location of the File.
Click the file you wish to Attach.
Click Attach this file.
Click the Add reply button.
