License key not working for Malwarebyes premium

I just recently purchased Malware Bytes premium for 3 devices.  I got the email with the new activation key.   This is a very straightforward process. When entering the license key to activate the license, I get a message that it is expired.  I removed and installed Malwarebytes for Windows but the problem continues, and it happens on 2 devices. 

Here is the message I am getting.  Anyone else run into this problem?   

The current license entitlement is expired.  There is a problem with your license key and we are unable to activate your license.

I would encourage you, if you have not already done so, to create a Help Ticket with Support.   This forum can only provide you generic type help.

Provide the detail and submit the ticket.

 

Out of curioisty:  Has this License ever been activated at anytime before?   When was the purchase made?   was it thru a retail store ?  or thru 2Checkout ( 2CO) or Cleverbridge?
