this is for support.com and is being blocked by mbam

This is VERY strange. I just went to http://www.support.com/ and found that the site was NOT blocked and there was no pop-up from MBAM. What's strange is that a few days ago I reported a harmless blog at this same IP address and was told that the IP was also shared by some malicious sites and thus had to be blocked--and when I went there again just now, MBAM continued to tell me that it is saving me from a Fate Worse Than Death or whatever the current popup wording is. Why should one harmless site trigger MBAM while another harmless site apparently no longer does (at least, when I went to support.com, I had no problem)???

I just clicked on the www.support.com/connect/ link you provided. I didn't get any response from MBAM. The link led to a page that asked me to supply my support ticket number, or something like that. It wasn't blocked.
