Unable To Whitelist Programs Coming Up In Routine Scan

I have been working with Malwarebytes for many years. I am used to being able to just right click each entry in the scan results to whitelist. I'm using Windows 7. I just bought the new version of your software this week. Why am I not able to right click each entry and whitelist it?

Hello @Carolie,

In Malwarebytes for Windows version 3.x, detected items can be excluded (whitelisted) at the end of the scan by unchecking the item -> clicking Next -> clicking Ignore Always. This will ensure the item is not detected again in subsequent scans.
