Unable to sign in.

I'm now down to my last chance to sign in, I keep getting incorrect e-mail /password each time I try I have changed my p/word and tried with the three e- mail names that I have, I've got a ticket booked but no reply as yet from support. Now my credit card has been charged for this years even though when first getting Mb which was a lifetime one and am not sure if that gets updated if it does its not worth paying £30 each year.

Hi  :welcome:

I understand that you do have a support ticket.  Please double check your Email account.   The one you provided when you created that ticket.

Each new ticket gets a first automated Reply.  The reply is to your Email.     See what yours says, do as much as possible of what is suggested there.

But be sure you make a Reply tp that message from within your Email account.

Only Support can help you.   They will assist with the license issue and billing as appropriate,

p.s.   There are no "sign ins" needed to just reply to the support-email-message.
