An intrusive advertisement appears randomly in the browser when a Microsoft game (Solitaire, Jigsaw, ......) is running.
 

This type of page opens with the user's IP address

Hi,

Allow me to suggest adjusting each web browser.

The Malwarebytes Blog has an article about "push ads" that take advantage of some mechanisms in modern-day web browsers.

If you have Windows 10, you want to make sure to do the section in there about EDGE browser.
Then too,  do each appropos section for each web browser, regardless of what operating system runs on the computer.

It's not a push notification, it's a page that opens in the default browser
Push notifications are disabled in the Options of each browser, as indicated in the article.
