32 bit launcher dominated my laptop

So i have this program that I confirmed through web searches, is malware that completely eats up my cpus performance. I have a Dell g3 with 8th gen core i5 and a gtx 1050 and 8gb of ram. I was always able to play overwatch for example on max settings and resolution, but with this malware it becomes unplayable. Then i began to check around and task manager and such, found that it was working my cpu up to 75% and beyond on idle. When I tried ending it or uninstalling it it just comes right back. It even freezes chrome as soon as I search any word to solve the problem, as if it were protecting itself.

I saw from these other posts that each fix is personalized. That said I would really like the instructions from the very beginning of the process as I am not as initiated as my peers.

So i would really appreciate the help as this is worrying me. Thanks in advance!
