Reoccuring pup malware win 10.1 chrome security preferences

I have an active Malwarebytes account. I have really enjoyed MWB and suggest it to my 4000+ database of customers as one of the best solutions. I am having a Chrome secure preferences malware reoccur each time I run a scan. Lately I have been running the scan hourly as the malware generates random change in desktop view undermining my ability to work or use my laptop. Each time I quarantine the pup that malware finds, and then "delete" it from malware, then restart my laptop. Then the then the symptoms return, I run the scan again and repeat. This has been going on for days. What is wrong?
