False Positive?

My PC is a HP Pavilion a1540n Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005

Is this file located within the HP DVDPlay directory a false positive?

Here is a developer log with the latest update. I forgot to mention I use the free version of Malwarebytes does that make a difference in the detection database? If this is not a developer log please explain how to get one. I used the run command and entered mbam.exe /developer Malwarebytes loaded and I did another full scan and here is the log it produced. It still claimes the file as a positive hit. Thank you for your help. If I am not doing something right please explain what I need to do to give you the information you need.
