Removing the Avaria Virus please somebody

I can't get rid of this thing can somebody give me a hand? I have limited experience with this kind of stuff, so I don't know what to do!! Thanks !!

I got as far as d/l  a Farbar removal tool suggested by another thread here when I googled for help and it ran these two scans and put them on my descktop. Thats as far as I got!

I've never heard of an Avaria Virus, nor can I find any reference to it from an Internet search, so did we get the spelling correct? 

It's always best to describe the what you are observing rather than jumping to a conclusion that you've been infected by something, or did Malwarebytes for Mac tell you you were infected.

I'm also unable to locate Farbar Removal Tool anywhere. There's a Farbar Recovery Tool, but that seems only available for Windows.

Lastly, the link you provided is broken, but seems to only lead to the top level of this forum and not a specific topic.

So I’m here to help you out, but at a loss to understand what you have and need.
