In broadcast television, cord-cutting refers to the pattern of viewers, referred to as cord-cutters, canceling their subscriptions to multichannel subscription television services available over cable, dropping pay television channels or reducing the number of hours of subscription TV viewed in response to competition from rival media available over the Internet.

I've been a cord-cutter for years.  Here's a few more to add to your list (NOTE: some of these require that you have some kind of cable/satellite service to login/watch):

ESPN
http://www.espn.com/watch/

NFL Network
http://www.nfl.com/nflnetwork/main/network/watch

NBC Sports (for Sunday Night Football etc.)
https://www.nbcsports.com/live

Fox Sports (local network for NFL and other events as well as the various Fox Sports networks)

SEC

College Football schedule, including network(s) broadcasting games live (if any)

NFL schedule

NFL Game Pass (watch all games after live broadcast completes, including commercial-free, condensed, coaches' film, home/away broadcast audio and more)

NFL Sunday Ticket (without a DirecTV satellite subscription); this is a service that *might* still be available (I heard they did away with it, but it looks like they've just restricted it somewhat compared to how it used to be), more info here:

Thanks Exile360

I don't follow sports and much of the research didn't focus in sports but I'm sure many others will appreciate

No problemo :)

By the way, for anyone unaware, Amazon often streams several Thursday Night Football games (usually exclusive to NFL Network, occasionally also shown on CBS) for Amazon Prime members, and as long as you have a valid cable/satellite provider login, every local channel and major network that shows local/nationally broadcast NFL games (i.e. FOX, NBC, ESPN, NFL Network) will allow you to login and stream the games live with the exception of CBS, who no longer allows ANY free streaming of ANY kind to anyone (no matter who your TV provider is) as they are forcing everyone to buy into their lame 'CBS All Access' streaming service that costs $6-$10USD per month for a single channel which is ridiculous in my opinion considering Amazon Prime costs $99/year and you get free shipping on most purchases and tons of other benefits, and Netflix, which has an ever-changing and growing library of content which already dwarfs what CBS has to offer which only costs around $12 per month (including taxes, at least here in the US) and has exactly 0 commercials and includes far more premium content like new release movies, archived TV shows, new TV shows and all the other content they've collected for their streaming service.  I mean if you're a REALLY big fan of CBS and only watch shows/news etc. on that network then sure, it *might* be worth it, but probably not when you can get CBS as part of any number of multi-channel streaming packages from other vendors like Sling, AT&T and Spectrum among others and the cost works out to far less for way more content.

The same goes for Disney, although by the time they're done they'll probably own most of the major film franchises and networks anyway, so in a few years they may end up with more content than anyone else :P (Marvel, Start Wars, everything Twentieth Century Fox ever produced etc. etc.).  Still, I guess it would be convenient just to pay for one service rather than 2 or 3 (especially considering all the overlap between Amazon Prime and Netflix; you really gotta buy movies/shows on Amazon individually to get much of anything not already available on Netflix, at least if it's anything even remotely recent/popular for the most part; I only keep Prime for the shipping now really as I shop there a lot).

There are also a lot of options available through many mobile carriers (especially Verizon), though thankfully more stuff is being made available to PC users all the time (though seldom free as it is for mobile customers, although I guess since they pay a subscription in kinda makes sense; though I'd love for my ISP to provide me with a similar service through the web on PC).

Cutting the cord is way better/easier now than it used to be, especially compared to years ago when I first did it (I haven't had a TV since around 2014; my old PS3 is collecting dust and I watch/play everything on my PC now; see my signature for the specs ;)).
