Hi - one of my websites (www.wifi-holidays.co.uk ) is being blocked by you guys - I have had to turn off your software in order to manage the site.

The site is perfectly legit so I'm assuming its because its on a shared server and one of the other sites on the server is behaving badly. Can you

not block by domain name - otherwise surely lots of perfectly good sites who cant afford dedicated servers are going to get dragged down?

The IP address is

Sadly, blocking by domain or IP both have their pro's and cons. IP however, is far more effective as it allows the blocking of thousands of malicious IP's with a single line, rather than hundreds of thousands of lines (and has the added advantage of blocking newly created malicious domains on the same IP/range, without our having to wait to find them first). In the case of this specific IP, the cause is themusicnetwork.co.uk, which is currently serving up malware in the form of fake greetings cards. I'm still trying to get hold of both the sites owner and their hosting company to get this resolved (once it's resolved, the IP will be unblocked);
