Windows 10 trojan keeps coming back.

So after playing some cs 1.6 with a friend of mine (Didnt run any .exe) Malwarebytes flagged some dll file up.

After removing and right after rebooting the file came back

The file name is ssdp32.dll and somehow magically recovers itself.

Even MBAM and Windows Def cant get rid of it. Also I cant see any suspicious programs running.
