Need to re-download Malwarebytes Premium

I bought a lifetime Malwarebytes Premium subscription. I was forced to do a complete factory reset on my computer and lost Malwarebytes. I have emailed customer support several times asking for an activation key or link to re-download my subscription but cannot get a response. I also no longer have the email from the original order and cannot get the code from it. Can anyone tell me how to regain access to my subscription? When I check "my account" under "subscriptions" it has none listed. Please help if you can!

If you are having technical issues with our Windows product, please do the following:

If you haven’t already done so, please run the Malwarebytes Support Tool and then attach the logs in your next reply:

1. Download Malwarebytes Support Tool
2. Once the file is downloaded, open your Downloads folder/location of the downloaded file
3. Double-click mb-support-X.X.X.XXXX.exe to run the program
   • You may be prompted by User Account Control (UAC) to allow changes to be made to your computer. Click Yes to consent.
4. Place a checkmark next to Accept License Agreement and click Next
5. You will be presented with a page stating, "Get Started!"
6. Click the Advanced tab
   
    
7. Click the Gather Logs button
   
    
8. A progress bar will appear and the program will proceed with getting logs from your computer
   
    
9. Upon completion, click a file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to your Desktop. Click OK
   
    
10. Please attach the file in your next reply. Before submitting your reply, be sure to enable "Notify me of replies" like so:

As for the download link, you can always get the latest version from the link below.

Thank you for your response! I am an older computer user with limited "tech" knowledge so please be patient with my ignorance. Is this link to the same product I purchased,  with ALL of the features of a "Premium" subscription? I truly do not know the answer to this question.

 NO, you have to activate it with the key you can't find, sorry. You have to wait for support. Please check your spam filters for the response.

If you purchased it directly from the Malwarebytes website and you know the email associated with the purchase then support will be able to help.

Yes. They SHOULD be able to give me the activation code......but they have NOT responded to ANY of my polite emails asking for it. I hope they will SOON.
