Malwarebytes and Virus Software Won't Run

I have Malwarebytes Premium and ESET Virus Protection.  As of a day ago MWB will not run.  ESET will not update and cannot open files.  I have tried Chameleon and MWB Anti-Rootkit Suppletment to no avail.  Anti-Rootkit creates a page fault and reboot.  Please help!
