Deactivation of the current devices - licenses purchased for g2a

Recommended Posts

Hi!
Because of the storm, I lost two computers. I have purchased the Malwarebytes Premium licenses for them yearly at g2a.com. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reset the normal way, nor contact with the seller. I would like to use these licenses on new computers because there are still several months of subscription.

Of course, I have proof of purchase of these keys, which I can confirm.

Please help

Rafal

Greetings,

I'm sorry to hear about your lost hardware, it's always rough when something like that happens.  You should be able to retrieve your license info and deactivate the other two devices by managing your account at My.Malwarebytes.com.  Simply sign up and log in using your email address that was used to purchase the licenses originally and it should retrieve them for you, show you the devices where the licenses were activated and allow you to deactivate them via the Deactivate all function.  You'll find helpful instructions and details about how to sign up and manage your account in this support article as well as this support article and you'll find additional details on how to deactivate the licenses from the previous devices in this support article.

Additionally, if you are unable to do that you may contact Malwarebytes Support directly via the form found on this page and they will gladly assist you with deactivating those devices to free them up so that you may use them again on your new systems.

If there is anything else that we might assist you with please don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks

Hi!

Due to a non-direct purchase, I do not know the email and password of the account for which  was bought. An attempt to enter the form provided to contact Malwarebytes Support displays the page that I am attaching below.

None of the given links unfortunately didn't solve my problem. What else can I do?

Thank you for the quick reply.

Oh, you don't need to login there, you just need to scroll down the page and fill in the form pictured below and a member of the Support team will contact you via email (the email address you fill in on the form, not the email used to purchase the license):

Beyond that, I really don't know of any other options if you can't get ahold of the original purchase info, but if there are any other options Support would be the ones who would know as they may have other means of retrieving the information for the license/account etc.
