The Usage Level is exceeded and deactivate other devices

Got on my PC one day and malware bytes wasn't running. i have been demoted to free version and it wont accept my license. Tells me its been used too many times and i need to remove it from other computers by going to the site. Unfortunately when i do go to the site it just redirects me to the login page.  I have never used my license on another computer or mwb client so this is kind of out of the blue. can anyone help?

If you are having technical issues with our Windows product, please do the following:

If you haven’t already done so, please run the Malwarebytes Support Tool and then attach the logs in your next reply:

NOTE: The tools and the information obtained is safe and not harmful to your privacy or your computer, please allow the programs to run if blocked by your system.

  1. Download Malwarebytes Support Tool
  2. Once the file is downloaded, open your Downloads folder/location of the downloaded file
  3. Double-click mb-support-X.X.X.XXXX.exe to run the program
    • You may be prompted by User Account Control (UAC) to allow changes to be made to your computer. Click Yes to consent.
  4. Place a checkmark next to Accept License Agreement and click Next
  5. You will be presented with a page stating, "Get Started!"
  6. Click the Advanced tab

  7. Click the Gather Logs button

  8. A progress bar will appear and the program will proceed with getting logs from your computer

  9. Upon completion, click a file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to your Desktop. Click OK

  10. Please attach the file in your next reply. Before submitting your reply, be sure to enable "Notify me of replies" like so:

Hello and Welcome!

Login to the My Account @ Malwarebytes -> ->>LOGIN HERE<<- (with the email address you used to purchase MB3) portal and you can see what devices are active, there you can deactivate all the ones using up your KEY. Then you can activate it again on your computer.

Yeah thats my problem too, when i do login it none of my devices appear

Please contact Malwarebytes Support directly via the form found on this page and they will assist you with this problem.  They have direct access to the licensing system and should be able to resolve the problem and reset your license/device activations for your account and they'll be able to help you in getting your license to display properly in the online account management system.
