Files.bat (shortcut virus), registry editor and malwarebytes blocked

I have 2 problems, I’ll be mentioning the 2 seperately here as they are related.

1. Whenever I connect any USB drive, all its data become hidden and shortcuts are created automatically with a .bat file. Whenever I copy any file to the USB drive, the same thing happens to it. I tried using Rkill, SUPERAntiSpyware and baidu antivirus and all of them don’t seem to see any problem. My computer is infected and it infects any USB drive connected to it. I tried Malwarebytes but something blocks it from running. I get a message that says this program has stopped working and when I restarted the pc  it’s logo is removed and I can’t even try to start it.

2. Whenever I try running the registry editor it just appears for a second and then automatically closes. 

One USB drive was infected from the library when I was printing something and I didn’t notice it until I connected it to my computer and all of that happened.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Download the version of this tool for your operating system.
Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (64 bit)
Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (32 bit)
and save it to a folder on your computer's Desktop.
Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
Press Scan button.
It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please copy and paste it to your reply.
The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

How to attach a file to your reply:
In the Reply section in the bottom of the topic Click the "more reply Options" button.

Attach the file.
Select the "Choose a File" navigate to the location of the File.
Click the file you wish to Attach.
Click Attach this file.
Click the Add reply button.
