Trojan and Fraud when trying to launch att.com in Chrome

I have the same problem. I ran the frst64.exe and followed the directions for resetting Chrome. But it did not help. Have attached the files generated. I have run Malware Bytes full scan. AVG Scan and scanned only the folder Chrome. Ran AVG secure browser. Uninstalled Chrome and re-installed. Still get the block errors for a Trojan and a fraud site.. Is there anything else I can do? This is all on a desktop win 10 64 pro, build 1809. 

I do not have the problem with a laptop running win 10 64 pro, build 1803.

 

What else can I do?
