Connectivity Issues

Recommended Posts

After installing the previous "new" version I still experienced the network issues that was part of my problem before. My main desktop computer, which connected to my router via ethernet cable, would freeze and all other devices in my household, which connect wirelessly, would continue to be connected to the network but without internet access. When I first discovered that Malwarebytes was the problem I turned off both web and ransomeware protection and all was back to normal. Once I installed the version that had been a beta, the freezing stopped but the problems with internet connections for all devices returned. As soon as I turned of the same two protections all was fine again.

Now I just installed the new version and enabled all protections again and immediately my internet connection was lost. Disabled both and internet returned. I previously used my Intel network adapter but uninstalled it and deleted its driver based on a recommendation here in this thread. I have been using my Realtek PCIe GBE adapter since then.

Is anyone else still having problems with this?
