Infected by a nasty virus/malware

Recommended Posts

I have a few computers here at work that pretty much have the same virus. I've bought malwarebytes, used combofix, hitman pro, everything and it finds it deletes it, but as soon as it restarts, the programs are all back wrecking shop.

Did some initial steps with FRST, both logged in regular and through the USB. Please Help! :(

Hello, Welcome to Malwarebytes.
I'm nasdaq and will be helping you.

If you can please print this topic it will make it easier for you to follow the instructions and complete all of the necessary steps in the order listed.

Your Windows defender is Disabled and out of date.
You have not protections at all.
AS: Windows Defender (Disabled - Out of date) {D68DDC3A-831F-4fae-9E44-DA132C1ACF46}

I suggest to take care of this immediately.

Please download the attached Fixlist.txt file to  the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the FRST.txt log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

The tool will create a log (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.
===

Please post the Fixlog.txt and let me know what problem persists.

p.s.
As for the other computers you should start a new topic for each one of them.
Run the Farbar program and post the FRST.TXT and Addition.txt logs.
We do not service more than one computer per topic.
It would be ill advise to do so in case the issue is not the same.
