Hello everyone. Today i had a big problem in my PC including windows 7 as OS . An extention named FSSRRQPM was added to all my files (all type of files) in a way that nothing could be opened . Then my wallpaper changed and it was written that there is no way to remove the extention other than buying the decrypter

I don't think that variant can be decrypted yet. Sadly, there's nothing you can do about it at the moment. You should backup all your encrypted files somewhere safe, in case a free decryption solution gets released in the future.

Looks like the latest decrypter that BitDefender released can decrypt GandCrab 5.0.4 encrypted files. You can give it a try and see if it works for you.

If the Bitdefender program isn't working for you, you'll have to contact them directly for support I'm afraid.
