Task Manager Opens Then Immediately Closes

Recently I had some malware/virus on my computer, and i believe already got rid of them with a scan from 2 a/v, malwarebytes and JRT also a scan from outside of windows
but now my task manager opens for about half a second or just a flash then closes. I cant figure out how to fix it,
trying to run taskmanager from safe mode, its fine in there, i can open task manager like usual and scan my os again with a/v and malwarebytes to find remnant of virus/malware but with no avail

already doing sfc /scannow, dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth, and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth to check if my os are corrupt, but its says OK

please help me...
