CSV reporting is having some known issue at this time.

It should work if you create a new User account the newly or recreated account should get the reports.

We are working on getting this resolved on our back end moving forward.

Both on-demand and scheduled reports Endpoint Exports have a cutoff at 30 days, calculated from last seen.

Console can show more endpoints, which haven't checked in, past 30 days.

Excel plugin has a date filter, which allows all records to be retrieved.

Have these issues been resolved yet? I still get an error message for some reason.
