I've been billed for both Malwarebytes 3 and Malwarebytes: Anti-Exploit, separately.

However, when I've tried to find the download page for Malwarebytes: Anti-Exploit on its own, I cannot find one, and it just redirects me to https://www.malwarebytes.com/premium/.

This concerns me because I might be getting charged for both programs when only needing the standard Malwarebytes program. I have read that Malwarebytes 3 and Malwarebytes: Anti-Exploit cannot run at the same time.

I have also read that the anti-exploit features are essentially included in the standard Malwarebytes 3.

Greetings,

Yes, since version 2.0 of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (now known simply as "Malwarebytes"), Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit has been integrated into Malwarebytes Premium.  Currently the only standalone version of Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit available to consumers is the beta which is in indefinite test for new capabilities which, once proven stable and effective, are integrated into the main Malwarebytes Premium product and its anti-exploit engine/components.

I believe that your license for Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit entitles you to an additional license for Malwarebytes Premium if you want it. according to this FAQ entry.  You may also seek a refund for the additional license (the charge for the Anti-Exploit Premium license) if you do not need it.  To seek a refund you may refer to the contact information in this support article and you may contact Malwarebytes Support directly via the form found on this page if you have any further questions about a refund/licensing/conversion etc. for your former Anti-Exploit subscription.

I hope that clarifies things and if there is anything else we might assist you with please don't hesitate to post.

Thanks
