Why can't I uninstall my 360 root in my Android device?

Can you guys please help me? I once installed a root a few years ago on my Android device called 360 Root because I thought it would make my phone faster and disable ads but it did the exact opposite. It has been a burden for me for years, ruining my device and my playstle me playing games like ROS, PUBG, FreeFire, Mobile Legends, DOTA and so on. I tried to uninstall it but there was no uninstall button for it. All it had was disable button. I tried clicking it but it didn't work, it didn't get disabled. IT WAS STILL THERE AND IS STILL HERE AT THIS VERY SECOND! Please help me. I don't know what to do. Thank you.
