Greetings,

Are you using the Insider Preview build of Windows 10, build 18323 by any chance?  If so, then this is a known issue with the latest Insider Preview build and it is being investigated by both Malwarebytes and Microsoft.  You can check the contents of this topic to keep up to date on the latest developments as the Malwarebytes staff is posting there regularly with info and updates on the issue.

In the meantime, if you are using the Insider Preview build, the only known workaround for this issue is to roll back to the last released version of Windows 10 prior to the Insider Preview build if you want Malwarebytes to work properly.

If you aren't using the Insider Preview build please let us know and we'll work with you to troubleshoot the issue further.

Thanks
