Hello, Mel welcome to our cloud business products.

First please ensure that the start time was after the endpoints were installed, currently, the scans will not re-occur until the next scheduled scan date if missed.

Additionally Scheduled scans do not create Events but we can see them in the "Scan History" tab of an individual endpoint selected from your Manage Endpoints area.

Let us know if we do not see those in the "scan history"?

The scheduled start time for scans was correct, I even added a scheduled scan to see if that would resolve the issue, it did not. When looking at all my endpoints I have set up so far under the status tab it says scan needed, and in the scan history it shows no scans have been ran. I can start the scans manually from the endpoint management Console by clicking the icon that say's scan needed.
