G exe is preventing shutdwon

Hello forum. 

I've recently encountered something called G.exe during shutdown, with a mesage like "There's an app preventing windows from shutdown" thingy.. Searched around and some mentioned it might be dangerous so here I am.. All requested attachment are as below.. Thank you for your assistance in advance~

I've seen a couple of these before. It generally turns out that the computers are not infected and that due to timing or possible internal program conflicts windows that are normally hidden may show and possibly seem to be related to shutdown issues.

Since Malwarebytes did find some threats let's go ahead and have you run some other scans.

Please temporarily disable your McAfee antivirus and run the following scan and post back the results.

 

Please perform a Windows Defender Offline scan and post back the results

Using Windows Defender Offline on Windows 10

1. Select Start , and then select Settings  > Update & Security  > Windows Security  > Virus & threat protection .
2. On the Virus & threat protection screen, do one of the following:
   • In the current version of Windows 10: Under Current threats, select Scan options.
   • In previous versions of Windows: Under Threat history, select Run a new advanced scan.
3. Select Windows Defender Offline scan, and then select Scan now.

Note: Before you use Windows Defender Offline, make sure to save any open files and close apps and programs.

The Windows Defender Offline scan takes about 15 minutes to run, and then your PC will restart

Sorry for the late reply.. I disabled my McAfee and tried using Windows Defender Offline Scan, but nothing happens after I clicked the scan.. Its simply idle like nothing happens at all.. Any other choices that I can use.?

McAfee is pretty difficult to fully disable at times. Let's go ahead and try scanning with Kaspersky then.

Go ahead and disable McAfee, then run the scan below, please.
