Hello @reading5 and :welcome:

Sorry for the delay. The logs look pretty good. No obvious signs of an infection. You might try temporarily uninstall Bitdefender and reboot. Then see if the computer runs any better or not and let me know.

We could also try a couple of commands to run to verify all the Windows files are correct and no corruption if you like.

Let me know

Thanks

Ron

Please run the following. It will run 2 commands to try and check and if needed fix some known issues for Windows.

It will also clean out your temporary files folders and reboot the system.

Once done, let me know if the mouse issue remains.

Please download the attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop.
NOTE. It's important that both files, FRST or FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work.

NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on this particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system.

Run FRST or FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.
If the tool needs a restart please make sure you let the system restart normally and let the tool complete its run after restart.
The tool will make a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please attach or post it to your next reply.

Note: If the tool warned you about an outdated version please download and run the updated version.

fixlist.txt

Thanks

Ron

Great, glad to hear. No, there was no signs of an infection. Some minor junk and some temp file clean up. The DISM says it was able to fix something though but without really digging into the logs not sure what it fixed.

As long as all is working well again 🙂

Take care and have a great week

Ron
